Jesus IS the gift!
For Lifeonaires, even Christmas with all its festivities and celebrations, must have a different meaning. Every other day of the year, we strive to live focusing on Christ and the ABUNDANT LIFE that He offers! Christmas shouldn’t be any different. In the next few days, we hope you will be able to put aside all the “trappings” of Santa and gifts and goodies and concentrate on the TRUE gift of Christmas: the Son of God who came to give us ABUNDANT life! As you unwrap those “much-needed” socks and scarves and snuggies this year, remember that Jesus IS the gift: the best gift ever given and the only gift that can truly meet our deepest “need”.
If our greatest need had been information
God would have sent us an educator
If our greatest need had been technology
God would have sent us a scientist
If our greatest need had been money
God would have sent us an economist
If our greatest need had been pleasure
God would have sent us an entertainer
But our greatest need was forgiveness
So God sent us a Savior.

Very good words to hear at this time of year. It is so easy for even the best of people to lose sight of the important things in life. Instead of thinking how stressed you are, try thinking about how good you have it.. No matter what your situation, there is always someone that is worse off. Think of them and give thanks to Him for all your blessings in life!
God Bless!

In all our hustle and bustle of life it’s easy to forget who Christmas is for. Remember to take a moment or two and wish the Savior a Happy Birthday.
Wishing you all peace and blessings.

Let’s not forget, we are never commanded to celebrate his birth but we are to gather every first day of the week to remember his death. We can be thankful that one died so that we could live, and have life abundantly. The perfect sacrifice allowed us to access forgiveness, we must follow Him through his Word.

In this day and age it’s so easy to forget the true meaning of Christmas.Just as many take the privilege of living in the greatest nation on the face of this earth for granted.I’ve lived in 3 different countries and nothing comes remotely close to the good old USA!I have often pondered as to how many people even know that Jesus is literally the reason for the season? This has been an apt and pertinent reminder.Thankyou so much for this wonderful testimonial.
