Curious,
You are very skeptical. If I answered "yes" then what would you think? If I answered "no" what would you think? If I answered "somewhat", how would you respond. You certainly don't know me that well. If you did, you wouldn't be asking such a question.

Blessings,

Steve

I personally think he made the right decision for himself at that moment. Maybe his soul needed to experiece the contrast from rich to poor to fully appreciate being rich. He has life, he has time, he has his knowledge. I still believe he is rich. He obviously has a lot of courage to let go of that much wealth. We can never be truly free until we are willing to let go of those things we love the most. I think he is setting a great example. If he wants his previous lifestyle he can do it all over again. He has the knowledge and know-how. Those two things are more valuable than the possesions he gave away. So many of us cling to the very things that we need to let go of if we are to grow and expand. Namastee!

I think we each need to decide how much is "enough."

There is nothing spiritual about poverty, and certainly nothing unspiritual about prosperity. But the added benefit of another thousand or million dollars past some point gets smaller and smaller, just as the added benefit of the fifth hamburger in one setting is less than that of the second one.

He has decided for himself, hopefully with his wife's buy-in and blessing. I hope his days are rich and uncluttered.

How about a Lifeonaire interview with this gentleman?

Sure...he was doing what resonated with him for his life. No problem with that. Certainly not my place to judge. I can't speak for him or his life better than he can.

Of course, most of us wouldn't do it. I personally would opt for a middle ground where I and my family can enjoy the fruits of my wealth and I can help with charitable donations where I feel appropriate and divinely inspired to do so.

Thanks!
Theresa

I love the way you're spreading such a positive message and respect all that you do to make this a better world.
I totally agree with your blog post, but actually strive to do this every single day as I work towards creating my best life. Because your best life happens every day, not just on holidays.
As well, your relationships are meant to be nurtured every day, not just on special occasions.
Living my life as a better me so I can help you become a better you.
Love,
Theresa
